Sale: $890 (negotiable), plus disbursements $170. We require your last rates notice and our Conveyancer will get a contract to your agent within five days.

Purchase: $990 (negotiable)

Mortgage or refinance: $350 - $750

(Please note: You may also be required to pay the legal costs and disbursements of your bank or building society).

Stamp Duty (Purchase)

This is calculated based on government rates. We will calculate this when you tell us your purchase price-as an example, stamp duty on a purchase of $165,000 is $4,265.


As a general rule, allow $40 for every $10,000.
